Camellia Oil for blade care is a specially formulated, food safe oil for the care and maintenance of Japanese kitchen knives and high-quality cutlery. It is odourless and non-drying, which makes it ideal for also lubricating secateurs and pruners and for preventing rust on equipment like sewing machines and precision machinery. It is an ideal cleaning and preserving oil in the kitchen and workshop.
Unlike vegetable oils, it does not become sticky and does not discolour.
Instructions for use:
Apply only a few drops of oil on a soft cloth or directly on the blade and wipe the entire area to be protected. For high carbon steel blades, apply oil after each use once the blade is washed and dry.
Composition:
A specially formulated blend of camellia seed oil, mineral oil, triethylhexanoin and yellow 204 to provide a stable, non-drying and food safe blade care oil.
