Young Ginger Syrup
Young ginger grown in Nishiki Town in Kumagun, Kumamoto has a flowery aroma. The ginger is harvested and matched with juniper berries, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and long peppers, and then sweetened with cane sugar and agave syrup for a refreshing taste.
Young ginger syrup is very versatile - it can be easily poured or scooped. Add a tablespoon to milk or soymilk, enhance the taste of a cup of black tea, or make your own ginger based cocktails or ginger ale. No food additives or preservatives are used.
