Green Onion Slicer
The Long Green Onion Slicer (長ねぎスライサー) is a fine hand-held slicer made from hohonoki wood with a precision stainless steel blade, ideal for long vegetables such as green onions, burdock (gobō), or cucumber. It produces clean diagonal or ribbon-style slices for soups, stir-fries, and garnishes. Its smooth wooden body is comfortable to hold, reducing slippage even during repeated use.

Instructions for use
- Wash and peel the onion or vegetable.
- Cut it to a manageable length.
- Slice slowly along the length — avoid pressing too hard.
- If slicing becomes difficult, adjust the angle of the vegetable.
- Can also be used for cucumber or burdock root.
Washing instructions
- Remove small pieces of food matter.
- Wash by hand in soapy water and dry well.
- Do not soak for a prolonged time.
- Do not place in a dishwasher.
