Fuji Knife

The Fuji Knife is a modern interpretation of the higonokami pocket knife, with a double-edged blade and brass handle. The knife handle is both a sheath and a bottle opener. When the knife is closed, it shows Mount Fuji as viewed from the World Heritage site Miho no Matsubara. The pine tree grove is also referenced with an engraved image.

The blade is made from blue paper steel sandwiched within a softer iron, to protect it from shocks, while still offering a sharp cutting edge.

Size: 111mm (L) × 24mm (W) x 9mm (H)

The Fuji Knife is packaged in a washi (Japanese paper) sleeve.

Please note: Blue paper steel is a premium carbon knife steel with added chromium, but is not stainless. To clean the blade, wash it by hand with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
