HATSUPAN Tamagoyaki Pan
The HATSUPAN tamagoyaki pan is designed for smooth, professional-style Japanese rolled omelettes. The 13×18 cm aluminium alloy body is formed using a spinning process that thins the sides for reduced weight while keeping a strong, heat-retentive base. A bonded 18% chromium stainless steel plate on the bottom makes it fully induction-compatible, while a reinforced flanged rim resists warping and lets food slide easily onto the plate..
A warm cherry wood handle provides a comfortable, heat-resistant grip, while the interior is finished with Daikin Silkware™ - an advanced PTFE-based non-stick coating known for its high heat tolerance, abrasion resistance, and ultra-smooth food release. The result is effortless rolling and quick cleanup, ideal for tamagoyaki, dashimaki, and other delicate egg dishes.
