Wasabi Oil is a product launched in 2017 by Nishikawa Shouten in Tottori Prefecture. It is ideal as a seasoning or dressing for any type of cuisine or food - salads, rice, pizza. A few drops add a wonderful flavour and texture.

Nishikawa Shouten is a young company, focusing on innovative research with wasabi flavour. It has launched its trademark Wasabi Oil (2017) and Yuzu Wasabi Oil (2018 - Japan only) and WAZA is one of the first international stockists.
