Only left in stock

All-stainless kitchen shears from Shimomura's Pro Grade series, made in Japan. Detachable blades, dishwasher safe.

The PRO GRADE shears are made from a single piece of stainless steel from handle tip to blade tip - no joints, no plastic inserts, no points of weakness or dirt accumulation. The one-piece construction means the shears are as easy to keep hygienic as they are to use. When a more thorough clean is needed, the blades separate by opening them fully, allowing each half to be washed individually.

The blade carries a fine serrated edge along its length, which grips food rather than letting it slide - useful when cutting raw meat, oily fish, or anything wet and slippery. Between the handles sits a multitool section that handles four specific tasks beyond cutting: opening crown-cap bottles, loosening screw-top jar lids, lifting can lids, and raising pull tabs on ring-pull cans. Each function is built into the handle geometry - no separate tool needed.
