Round Moulding Plane
The KAKURI Round Moulding Plane is used for a similar job as a cornering tool, to cut a radius of either 3mm or 6mm from a wooden edge. It has a high speed steel blade hardened to HRC 63, which ensures a sturdy, long-lasting and sharp cutting edge, and which is adjustable using a metal chip breaker with thumbscrew. The wooden body of the plane is made of Japanese White Oak.
The blade can be sharpened or replacements blades can be bought separately.
