A task list that follows each job from start to finish, with a Gantt chart alongside.
The left page lists up to 20 tasks, each with columns for the start date, the deadline and the date it was done, and a small box divided into quarters for marking progress at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. The right page carries the same rows as a timeline across two months, so each task can be drawn as a bar against its dates. Ruled memo lines run along the foot of both pages.

The paper is white woodfree paper (jōshitsushi, 上質紙), made from chemical pulp without mechanical wood pulp, which gives a clean, even surface for pencil and ink.

Luddite Co., Ltd. (株式会社ラダイト) is a Japanese stationery maker based in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture, set up by former staff of UNITED BEES after that company closed in 2018. It makes finely finished analogue tools in Japan, using regional materials such as Okayama denim, and its Function Notebooks, pen cases and accessories reflect a belief in the quiet precision of paper, rhythm and time.
