The Tadafusa Hocho Kobo range of household knives combines a contemporary look with the traditional hand forged knife making techniques of the company. The HK-3 petty knife is a versatile and compact paring knife which can be used for slicing of vegetables, cutting herbs or for finer deboning tasks.
The blade combines SLD steel which provides a sharp cutting edge with a stainless steel coating for the body. The chestnut handle is heat treated in order to prevent shrinkage and to increase bacterial resistance.
Dimensions: 125mm blade length; 225mm total length
